Randomly charged $600

Their customer service is awful. I was paying $43 for a bottle of their acne cream. Out of nowhere, they charged me $300 for a bottle. I reached out to them about it and they said it was for a year subscription so I wouldn't pay for each bottle anymore. I was kind of confused by this because I would prefer to pay the $43 for each bottle and never signed up for a yearly subscription. Next bottle I get, I am charged $300 again! I reach out to customer service and they told me I signed up for two subscriptions??? and that I can cancel them anytime. Never said anything about a refund. I asked for my money back because I was completely unaware they would be charging me for a yearly subscription TWO TIMES. They refuse to give me my money back. I'm so upset with this company. Please do not order from them!!!

I'm happy I choose them

Absolutely wonderful and I'm really happy I choose them over the other places that sells corona tests. Honestly, what's not to like about them? Their tests arrive swiftly to your doorstep (got mine within a day and a half), the results were given me to within 2 days as well and the customer service was damn amazing. Absolutely an amazing company and so pleased with them. Do try them out!

mixed review Subscription, Product, Customer Service

SUBSCRIPTION - haphazard management
I had a subscription with them that suddenly stopped in July with no change initiated from my side (?!!!) - got an email telling me to do a new visit then which i did, and then .....the order never shipped. Contacted them today and they had to cancel my old subscription and have me do another visit AGAIN so i could get a new order.
QUALITY OF PRODUCT - real mild
Good products but the % of tretinoid to treat acne and signs of aging are really low even in their new "high concentration" offer. if you want real prescription strength go to your usual in person doctor who will get you 1%, don't go to Hers.
QUANTITY
You will run out of product way before your next refill - the bottles are only filled in half (unclear why) , so I usually use all of it (with only 1/2 pump a day) after 2 weeks. A bit scammy in terms of the quantity.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - not competent
Do not send an email to the website, it's way too slow. the easiest way to get a hold of them is instagram, they will reply same day or so. I had to tell them what to do (cancel my old subscription to clear my account so i could create a new one) to be able to place an order.

Can't get them to cancel and stop charging me

I really wanted to love Hers, but my experience with their customer service was terrible. After accidentally signing up for a subscription, I was unable to cancel it online and forgot to call them, so I ate the cost of the second month of a subscription I didn't want, $160. Fine, my fault. But then I did call them, email them, and send a message through the chat function - and they still didn't cancel my subscription. When they charged me a third time, I called again, sat on the phone for 36 minutes, and finally was able to cancel it. But even though my product hadn't shipped, they refused to refund the third charge of $160 and only offered a partial courtesy refund. I'm so disappointed; I expected better from this company, but I'm glad to have learned the lesson now and will never do business with them again. Highly recommend anyone reading this doesn't either.

Happy

Their results are online and after I sent my saliva sample back to the labs, I got the results in 4 four days and they have explained everything too. I trusted them because they are FDA Authorized and I can be sure of the result, the test and I knew I won't be wasting my money too. Thanks!

Amazing customer service

The lady who spoke on the phone was very nice and was super helpful to me on the phone. She answered all my questions and being an introvert, I was actually comfortable with everything she was asking and not panicking. She assisted me on with taking my Covid test so that I would do it properly. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service!

Way easier than going to a clinic

They are so much easier than actually going to the doctors and waiting for hours, espeically during this period of covid. I got my contraceptives delivered to my doorstep and I feel much at ease now than before. I take contraceptives as I have PCOS and it was recommended for me to take them. I couldn't leave my house because of covid so they delivered them to me and I'm so grateful for them!
